Get Started Here
You’ve been invited into something rare: a space where your identity as a man, your walk with Jesus, and your calling as a future leader will be sharpened in the company of other hungry, humble, and committed brothers.
This journey is not about checking boxes or collecting credentials. It’s about transformation. Over the next 18 months, you’ll be challenged to think deeply, live intentionally, and serve sacrificially as you grow in character, conviction, and community.
Our goal isn’t to make you busier. It’s to help you become more like Christ.
Your journey starts now.

In Timothy Leadership, Triads create space for meaningful connection and spiritual growth. Within these smaller groups, men are encouraged to share authentically and walk alongside one another in their leadership journeys. The goal isn’t to fix each other, but to listen well, ask thoughtful questions, and point one another back to Christ. Over time, these conversations build trust and help form the kind of character that leads with humility, courage, and faith.
Your first triad meeting will be coordinated by your Triad Leader. Look out for communication from them in the coming days. See the first round triad groups here.
